There is an old issue in ACS regarding HTTPS on the manager

I am not getting this to work in 4.15

the status is that haproxy is not terminating SSL for the manager connections
it is temporal and connecting into itself

I cannot get the manager to listen on any other port, or SSL connections stablished, or get proper logs
