Not sure why, but often happens,

although it could be related to #69, it can also be observed while using a proxy server, and the firewall environment is not that complex to manage.

During CI it was noted that the "unattended-upgrades" package had triggered a shutdown while one of this blocks.

This package should in whatever case be removed as it will interfere with ACS.
